TEACHER DEVELOPMENT CAMP

What?

Teacher Development Camp; It is a 3-day training that will develop the knowledge, skills and competencies of the people who are in the position of teacher to process educational subjects interactively, to increase learning motivation, to develop social skills, to facilitate learning and to make a difference to their lessons.

The knowledge,skills and competencies we support during the training;

• Group getting to know each other and coalescing,
• Creating a group dynamic,
• Catching the team spirit and providing motivation,
• Using innovative technologies,
• Choosing and applying the technological tool suitable for the subject,
• Developing ideas and revealing innovative ideas,
• Creating creative and innovative ideas,
• Providing a healthy communication environment between peers,
• And of course worth lots of laughter and remembrance
  experiences :)

Games and interactive methods that will raise awareness about educational issues, ensure socialization, develop creativity, and enable the determined subjects to be learned and experienced are learned.

DAY 1: Synergy Training

• Mobilizers

Day 2: Technobaz Training

It is learned how to be included in lessons and trainings by using up-to-date and innovative technologies and experiential learning methods that will make a difference in education and classroom practices.

• Let's get moving with Gonoodle
• Alternative evaluation with Plickers & Riddle & Quizizz
• Write and manage your own scenario
• Competition games with Kahoot
• Creativity with Canva
• Gamification of informal areas with technology

DAY 3: The Ideation Training

The games and methods that can be used in the trainings and lessons, which will ensure the generation of new ideas, sharing ideas, providing and coordinating healthy discussion environments, are learned.
