İstanbaz Training means that colleagues who spend most of their day together or a team working together; It is an interactive training where they try to achieve results by facing different situations throughout the day on a real platform specially designed in Istanbul. During Istanbaz; players groups prepared games
They will go through quite difficult processes in teamwork, communication and strategy. At the same time, each step they solve will be the beginning of another process and at the end of the day, the first group that reaches the last step will win the game.

How is Istanbaz Content?
From the moment Istanbaz started, everything is now a password. When the password is not decrypted, the game cannot progress, the password must be deciphered and the task must be fulfilled with the hint.

An example for the password;
As soon as Istanbaz starts, a locked bag is given. There is a text on the top of the bag and their task is to open this bag.
