This training will appeal to all learning styles for 21st century educators, will support you in developing knowledge, skills, approach, awareness and correct language use on how to design an education that uses creative techniques, includes and puts experiential learning at the center.
Training Scope
Experiential learning approach is an important theory that forms the basis of many methodologies such as game-based learning and project-based learning. very little is known and applied this approach in Turkey, is the basis of our education. The topics we will cover in this tutorial are:
- Choosing the right pedagogical approach when designing a training,
- Androgogy, that is, designing suitable for adult learning,
- To explore the educational theories of many theorists such as David Kolb, Paulo Friere, Maria Montessori,
- Universal Design for Learning and to include different groups in education,
- To discover the pedagogy of technology,
- Understanding feminist pedagogy,
- Solving game pedagogy,
- To gain experience in determining learning needs and motivation of learner,
- Choosing and applying interactive learning methods,
- To be aware of the trainer approach and trainer competencies,
- To strengthen instructor language and communication,
- Understanding how to give feedback,
